The dealership has a great selection of vehicles, and I found exactly what I was looking for with the help of my sales representative chase morgan. The entire buying process was smooth and transparent, with no hidden surprises. I was particularly impressed with how they explained all the features of my new car and made sure I was comfortable with everything before driving off the lot. The financing department also worked hard to get me a great deal that fit my budget. Overall, Volkswagen of Salem provided top-notch service, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase thanks to JJ.
