I would appreciate it if you could consider reducing the frequency of these surveys, as they have begun to feel excessive and detract from the otherwise positive experience I have with your dealership.

However I also asked for fog lamp to be replaced, which wasn’t completed during an oil change appointment. They again were unable to accomplish. I’d had one replaced a couple years ago with no issues.
Lastly I’d asked Cole if they could fill up my driver side rear tire. He confirmed they would. They didn’t.

Growing tired of not having one point of contact at this dealership. I want an advisor that I can count on to always be available when I drop off and pick up my vehicle or to contact with questions. For the past 2 years, I've requested the same advisor when making every appointment yet I get different advisors each time, usually because he is too busy. My family has serviced multiple vehicles here for decades and always dealt with the same advisor, who we trusted. After she left, its been nothing but a revolving door of advisors. You can't build trust with different points of contact each time. Experience rating: 1 star.
Also, the gals at the checkout desk are still unfriendly! This time, as usual, they seem unhappy and annoyed... much more interested in chatting with coworkers than interacting with customers and treating them with respect. Did not feel like a valued customer. Experience rating: 1 star.

Mechanic dropped the ball. One of items to fix was low tire pressure indicator. Mechanic said didnt fix because wasnt working when brought in -DA! Car tag on front of vehicle was bent outwards after wash. When I paid my bill the girl had to yell at one of several guys leaning against the wall to please get my vehicle. My family has bought 4 new vehicles over the past 14 years from James Wood. Might be looking to go elsewhere for next purchase.
