Sold me a defective car and won’t fix it because it’s cosmetic. Well if I know the car was like that I wouldn’t of bought it and waited for one that was made like it was suppose to. I don’t care if Kia won’t approve it… I bought it from you the dealer. You don’t have quality control? You don’t check the car before you sell it? Everyone I tell about the car is shocked and I made sure I told them where I bought it from. I drive Uber and everyone asks me about the car and I tell them my story and ask them why the dealership won’t spend the labor to fix it. They don’t understand either. More
