I had additional help choosing the right car and getting the most for my trade from the Regional Manager, Michael Feinstein. I felt like a diplomat from the service department to the porter, Jason to the sales floor and to the finance department. There were no pressure sales tactics throughout the whole experience.There was only one little issue with the recall work, but they had a loaner car on the spot. More
