He let me talk about it a little and then went on to remind me that I was still here He wasn’t trying to dismiss my incident at all and he went on to tell me an incident that a person didn’t make it. We sat in silence a few minutes and he proceeded to go over what color and kind of vehicle I wanted. I stayed with the Kia Becuse it safed my life. The police officers said that many did walk away from an accident like mine. An Escalade hit my car going at leaf 45 in a 30 mile zone and didn’t try to avoid me at all. Jamel was professional, he went over all the features, took down all my information. Asking very politely. He offered Ed me a drink and a snack. I thought it was funny because when I walked over to the service side did, the service manager said “what are you doing here’d. We just put you on four new tires and a brake job. I told him I was hit and my car was told. He generally seemed said. After Janel , I had to see the finance gentleman for the life of me I can’t remem his name but he had beautiful red hair and so did his beautiful child. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Lou fusz all of the were great cars and I expect this car to be exceptional. Unexpected Excellence We were just shopping and really looking to just test drive a used KIA Sportage. We had never been around a KIA and over the last few days had driven We were just shopping and really looking to just test drive a used KIA Sportage. We had never been around a KIA and over the last few days had driven nearly every other mid-size SUV. We had experienced both the good and the ugly of car sales staff in the last few days. Curtis and Jared listened and worked with us. While they were "selling" us, it really didn't feel like it. It felt more as if a friend was giving us good suggestions, with no pressure. We started out expecting to only test drive a used vehicle to see what a KIA was like and drove away with a good deal on a brand new one. We didn't even get to the dealership until 7:30pm and everyone was very courteous to us even when the finance part didn't get started until after 9:30pm. By 10:10pm we were on the road with a new vehicle and we love it. We ranked the KIA easily in the top or top 2 of all that we drove. It was backed up when a couple weeks after the purchase a 2019 SUV car ranking report came out and also said KIA was a very close #2. More
