I stumbled across Criswell Masertati-Alfa Romeo's website while looking for a used car on the weekend. Although they were closed, I utilized their chat online option where I was transferred to James Tan. I l while looking for a used car on the weekend. I let James know that I'll be traveling from NJ (appx 6 hour round trip) and would like to waste as little time as possible on arrival. James called me first thing monday morning to confirm that the vehicle was still available. With that, we got on the road. On the way, I sent James my car's VIN and a few pictures so he can work on getting an estimate trade in value. From arrival to departure from Criswell dealership, it took a little more than two hours. This was the first time in my life I left a car dealership without feeling robbed of my time.
