The dealership tries, but somehow the job has not gotten done. I bring my BMW there under the assumption that it would be diagnosed and fixed if I pay the money, but that has not been the case. Nick,( who does not work there anymore) showed tremendous diligence and customer service and was able to rectify the problem that I came in for 2 years ago. I rarely drive the car and it was running fine until I came in for a recall repair yesterday. Now, the service engine light is back on, the car is not drivable, and I will be charged a lot of money to get it fixed, again, hopefully. More
