I have been dealing with Colonial West Fitchburg for a little over year now. I have only praise for my salesman Sean Salem. Both times I worked with her and I can't say enough about what an asset this employee is to Colonial West Fitchburg. She's approachable, friendly, professional, and best of all knowledgeable. I also want to mention Jackie at the service desk was so nice to work with. I had a minor crisis that she calmly and professionally helped me get through. These staff members need to be recognized for their outstanding service. Especially in the demanding nature of customer care and the workplace of today. More
