He was done by 11:00 and even fixed a recall item I was not aware of. Very nice, polite, knowledgeable and personable young man. I will request him for my next service. More

Please let me preface my statement by saying that when I purchased the vehicle, it included the maintenance package. Additionally, I also purchased the extended warranty because I was told parts and labor w purchased the vehicle, it included the maintenance package. Additionally, I also purchased the extended warranty because I was told parts and labor were covered. As I discussed the oil change using my provided service coupon, I asked about my rear window wiper not working. I also asked about the life of the tires and what a new set would be. I was very clear that I was unwilling to pay for additional services not covered by maintenance package or warranty. I was told the tires were good but they could rotate them for me. No discussion was provided about a potential charge. I left and was alerted that the vehicle was ready. I was quite surprised to see a bill for $50 and questioned it. He said no parts were broken so I was responsible for labor charge of $12.90 and $40 for tire rotation. Dissapointed, I said it was a hard learned lesson and that I specifically requested no work proceed that would incurr any charges. Honestly and openly discussing costs up front is what should be done in every case. I understand that service is there to provide services, but I pre-paid for services when I wrote the check to include maintenance package and extended warranty. I shouldn't have to say this, but please be honest and forthright with your customers in every line item of every request. Also, when a customer's pissed off already for charges,it's in poor taste to state you would charge an additional 3.5% to use electronic payment. I will request up front estimate for any item discussed in the future. Although it won't be for anything that I usually do myself, and I have always done the general maintenance myself. More

Had an appointment to have my brakes checked an alignment at 1 PM. I got there at 12:30. However, they weren’t ready to check me out until 4:30 pm same day. I went to the service desk numerous t alignment at 1 PM. I got there at 12:30. However, they weren’t ready to check me out until 4:30 pm same day. I went to the service desk numerous times only to be told I’d be another 45 minutes. They suggested that I would need four new tires. They showed me a sale if you buy three get one free. I asked if I would have to pay for an alignment and was told no if you buy and install the tires here. When I went to check out, I was charged $85 for the alignment, plus the Cost for the tires, an additional hundred dollars to install them. I felt they weren’t forthcoming about the alignment fee which originally was told not applicable if new tires were installed and the additional hundred dollars to install the tires. Also, when I asked why did it take so long they responded with “we had to go get the tires we did not have them in stock”. At no other time when I went up to the service desk throughout the day did they mention they had to go get the tires. I really don’t mind paying for things if I am told up front and I don’t mind waiting. However, I just felt that I was taken advantage of and mis-informed. Makes me question their motive? Or was this the old “she’s a woman” scenario- take advantage of her?????? Not sure. More
