Went to purchase a truck for my son. Very deceptive dealership said a truck was ready come in and make a deal. Drove four hours looked at it and it wasn’t clean or been through a smog. Salesman William Garcia said it’s a formality they’ll have it cleaned up and pass smog before we finish the paperwork on the purchase. Waited all day wouldn’t pass smog. Was told it would be ready the next day or they would deliver it to my home. Next day still no smog pass, went home… found out my cash offer was withdrawn from my checking account. Long story short this went on for 4 days before I requested my funds back. Dealership GM said it would take me 5-10 days to refund my purchase??? this is not a honest ethical dealership….they’ll do anything to make a sale even lie. Don’t trust this dealer. More

Worse experience trying to buy a new car and I’ve bought plenty of new cars before. They are rude, sales tactics are cheap and they promise to reserve cars and as soon as you come in say it is not available plenty of new cars before.
