They told me online I had the car I picked out and everything I brought my down payment went to go sign the papers test drove the car everything and at the last second they said they couldn't give me everything I brought my down payment went to go sign the papers test drove the car everything and at the last second they said they couldn't give me the card they said I couldn't have the car because my credit or whatever but they ran the credit online before I even went down there so how can you tell me I'm going to have it when you promise me and I ubered my way there and I had to Uber back cuz I was stuck out there they're very mean and very rude because they shouldn't tell people that they have a car if they don't I already did the application everything online so I should have been approved right there all I needed was the paperwork to sign More

I was told I was buying one model and the car was actually a different model. While I love the car, there are features I was expecting and were not available on this model. I felt service was lacking actually a different model. While I love the car, there are features I was expecting and were not available on this model. I felt service was lacking and very dissatisfied with the lack of response when I was concerned of a problem and needed clarification and it was awhile before I received a call which helped put me at ease. While I realize it is never an easy transaction, so much money is at stake, I expected more professional customer service. Especially when there is a problem I think even when a situation is uncomfortable every effort should be made to put the customer at ease. More
