Biggest waste of my time. These people had me waiting 3 weeks for a Camry XSE to come in, which is fine except for the fact that they failed to even return my calls. I’ve had to call 3 times over the cours weeks for a Camry XSE to come in, which is fine except for the fact that they failed to even return my calls. I’ve had to call 3 times over the course of 2 days just to get an update and figure out a time I can come in for an appointment. Every time they said they would call me back, but I never received any calls back from them. I’ve spoken to Dan, Ryan, and Reggie. All of these men have failed to answer or return my phone calls. I wasted 3 weeks that I could’ve gone elsewhere to find a car thanks to these men. This lack of respect for their customers is why I’ve decided to go through another Toyota dealership. I hope others have a better experience at the Roseville Toyota. More

I was specifically looking for a 4x4 Tacoma with a six speed manual and u see that they had them online, so I called to make sure they had the trucks in stock. They did and when I arrived, the first truck was already pulled up in front and ready to test drive. I got a great price and the truck was well prepared for me to take home at the end of the day.
