Everybody at the dealership involved in my purchase seemed to have everything ready, even with the short notice I gave them (next day). There were no surprises. My salesman, Hook Pagnotta, spent many hours with me drooling over the car and explaining everything I needed to know about it from a driving perspective. He obviously knew the car and it's features intimately. At no time was I left waiting around for any unusual length of time during the process. I would most certainly do business with Ted Britt Chevrolet again. And GM.... thank you so much for designing and building a sports car with the level of styling, options and performance that this Z06 brings! I still can't believe you were able to take this car and put it in another class over previous models at this price point. More

This was my first experience buying a brand new car on my own, and I was very happy with it. I had researched some cars online and decided I was interested in the Chevy sonic. I went and spoke to a few other dealerships in the area, but decided to go with Ted Britt Chevy for a few reasons. First, the people I dealt with at Ted Britt were fantastic. Hook Pagnotta was great to work with. He was friendly but not pushy, listened to me and what I wanted, worked with me to find the best car for me, and I felt he was honest. He really seemed to understand how important this was for me and what a big step it was. He took the time to find a car with all of my preferences and then some. When my mom noticed a scratch on the bumper of my car, he made sure that it was taken care of appropriately. Dan in the body shop was also very helpful, and made sure the work was done quickly and professionally. Donald in finance was great to work with too. The only thing I would be aware of is that the prices listed on their website are their VIP pricing, meaning that is the price if you qualify for every discount and rebate they offer (which most people don't) so don't be surprised at the significant difference between the online price and the actual price. That being said, they do offer a lot of discounts and rebates, and even without them, Ted Britt's prices were better than the competition. Ultimately, between some rebates and negotiations, I got a great deal on a great car and I am very happy with my choice, not only in the car, but in using Ted Britt Chevy as my first car buying experience as well. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a car, and specifically a Chevy. More

Very Poor Expereince Andy Britt does not return phone calls, will not follow thru the promises made my telephone or e-mail. My husband and I bought a 2015 Suburban from Ted Britt from Hook Pagnotta on June 6, 2014, after driving 3 months on DEAD temps finally we were able to come to an agreement that Hook and the Finance dept had messed up on the taxes (which we brought to their attention before purchasing and were told numerous by text per Hook & e-mails it was ALL GOOD) agreement was that Any Britt was to eat half the taxes on his company's mistake. We send in our half due on taxes and still on dead temp tags mind you - within 24hrs tag arrive in the mail titled WRONG! And Andy Britt has yet to return phone calls (mail box is full now) and they will not answer our calls! I would NEVER buy from this dealer again, save the headache, tax issues and find a TRUSTWORTHLY dealer. DMV tells us this is tax fraud and dealer must redo the title work is ONLY option. More
