Just flat out disrespectful. He has no customer service skills….. basically pay, or take a hike. Had issue with a recall that was performed in 2019 on a leaking fuel filter…. Fixed with cellophane tape per VW corporate decision. That fix was done at a Southern California dealership. It failed when I moved up to Oregon.I was told the warranty ran out on the fix. (How do they warranty sticky tape?) anyway, a bad combination of a, not to sharp service manager and a bad corporate decision. I was told by coworkers to never go to that dealership, it’s known to be the worst in Salem.
