Grant Lee is exceptional at his position. He goes above and beyond what I’m sure his pay scale is. Awesome Guy. And when your vehicle is in for major repairs, maybe accommodate rental vehicles much better or handle how you get a vehicle better. I understand u do not have to get rentals, but in our case it was in our contract. But it’s handle poorly. More

First time I went in for warranty repair they told me they were going to order parts then call us when parts come in. And they forgot all about our car. After about 6 months or more I returned to follow they were going to order parts then call us when parts come in. And they forgot all about our car. After about 6 months or more I returned to follow up and they actually did follow through the second time. They were better responsive the second time around. More

Envision had my vehicle for over a Month and a half and I had to call 2 to 3 times a day for to get updates, I was told my vehicle was ready only to drive all the way out to the dealer and 2 of the issues on had to call 2 to 3 times a day for to get updates, I was told my vehicle was ready only to drive all the way out to the dealer and 2 of the issues on the work order weren’t even addressed then Grant tried to deceive me out of money with the rental car, I will never use Envision again! No communication? No clue of where my vehicle was in its repair or what was wrong with it. More
