Worst experience of my 60 years of car buying. Sales managers were rude, sold a car out from under me after price was agreed on and credit was approved. In my 45 years as a professional business p Sales managers were rude, sold a car out from under me after price was agreed on and credit was approved. In my 45 years as a professional business person I have never dealt with a dealership and or any customers as poorly at this dealership handled my potential purchase. I plan on contacting the Bureau of Consumer Protection, and the Better Business Bureau in my area to report Town East Ford unethical dealings. Will also be seeking legal advice on how to best damage the dealership already scared reputation. Best recommendations is to stay as far away from Town East Ford as possible. More

Worked with Patricia to get my 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat. She was super helpful, making sure everything was in order and even ensuring another interested party didn't beat me to it.
