I have been completely happy with Royal Moore, from purchase through current service. I LOVE that when Toyota recommended $400 worth of service, Caroline told me that those things were not really neede purchase through current service. I LOVE that when Toyota recommended $400 worth of service, Caroline told me that those things were not really needed and explained why. That's worth a lot more than $400 to me. Service is quick, and almost always I've felt that the people providing service knew what they were doing. When I haven't had confidence in what I'm hearing, it's been easy to get another service person involved and resolve any issues satisfactorily. I appreciate that I feel like I'm dealing with human beings and that they aren't afraid to talk amongst themselves to get more information and make sure that my car and I are being taken care of well. More
