Still, I was never made to feel less than at any point while going through my selecting and purchasing. They are not judgmental, quite the opposite, everyone always made me feel comfortable and welcome. The next thing that I appreciated was that no one ever tried to up-sell me during the process. I was given great advice and guidance but never steered towards options I didn't want. Also, I only paid MSRP and didn't have to buy a this car or that car in advance. This may sound silly, but unfortunately at some Porsche dealerships, thats the way it is. As a true telling about how I was treated at Porsche Louisville is how I was dealt with once I received my car. I've always been treated in the same honest and welcoming manner as I was before they had my money. In other words, the entire staff from the bottom to the top are into the Porsche brand and care about peoples experience with the brand from start to finish and beyond. In today's environment, this was a very refreshing and satisfying experience. I would definitely recommend Porsche Louisville for all your Porsche needs/wants.
