wish 0 stars was an option on all of these but this place is a joke & had a master plan all along to screw us over. my car was in for an engine replacement & it took 10 weeks for me to get my car back. after is a joke & had a master plan all along to screw us over. my car was in for an engine replacement & it took 10 weeks for me to get my car back. after getting corporate involved and being lied to up & down the entire 10 weeks, this is probably the most unprofessional dealership i’ve ever been to. the sales team wanted nothing to do with us after they assured us multiple times they’d give us a certain amount to buy my vehicle post repairs. when that day came, they low balled us a baffling amount which was just a slap in the face. as for the service department, that’s a whole disaster. manager john does not know how to deal with customers and lies up & down. they gave me the keys to my car knowing the battery was dead in it & it wasn’t going to start. he told us the car would be ready on 4 different days. then proceeds to hang up on me on the phone (real professional). for a business who’s entirety is based on customer service, i think they need some serious training on what that entails and how to deal with customers. happy customers who will continue to come back to you will generate better business than worrying about the profit in your pocket. nothing but horrible, embarrassing things to say about this place and every single person there should be ashamed of themselves. More

Would give 0 stars if I could. Every MSRP is very cleanly and obviously marked up exactly $5,000. They will tell you it's the MSRP, look at the sticker, as if they are not the people who control the sticker price. Go on Hyundai's national website. Add $5,000. Now you have found your Torrington Hyundai website. Worth noting if you live in Connecticut and want to buy an electric vehicle, they will give you the CHEAPR discount on cars that are under actual MSRP $50,000, but will claim the MSRP is what the sticker says (52 or 53k). Which in one sense, cool: they want you to have a "discount" (still over the normal MSRP). But on the other hand, your collective taxes are just going into Torrington Hyundai's pocket, even though it violates the state's policy. They will be very, very aggressive and rude to you if you know anything about what you're talking about. Gary was the rudest car salesman I have ever talked to in my life, and that's saying something. More

Mike the Finance manager is basically a complete liar and scammer. (He's trying to say I agreed to add 2500$ to my loan amount, in other words extremely unprofessional and vindictive of this person when no o scammer.
