I was amazed that they hand wash your vehicle after a visit with them! These days, customer service is hard to come by. My car seems to be doing well after the repairs and service that were needed. While there, had opportunity to meet a new employee: Sivon Gross, who shined out front, eager to greet and make some new customer happy. He unknowingly pulled double duty on this day, serving as a Coastal Kia ambassador and entertainer, while I enjoyed the dealership’s enthusiasm level from my “waiting bench.” Sivon regaled me with tales of sales he was able to accomplish in such a short time on the job. He agreed with me that Kias practically sell themselves. He was proud to be able to work for Pat and gladly gave ‘props’ to another salesman, Uber, who’d shone him the ropes. Gratitude and loyalty are hallmarks of Coastal!
