I leased my car on 08/11, broken on 09/01with airbag
malfunction.
They claimed that from water,proposed 800$ to be charged from the insurance within 3 days.
Then changed to be 76000 within 10 days.

No offer for replacement car claiming unavailability.
No reimbursement for the cost of unused lease payed on full on time.
unclear messages always .
Internal troubles reflected negatively on the whole process.
I am waiting for contact from higher customer service management since2 months.

The problem I took it in for was not fixed. I called and
was promised a call back that I never received. The next appoinment they had available was a week away. I have to travel to work. The car was suppose

When an employee is tagged in a negative review or reviews for situations they were not involved in it has a major impact on their ability to build trust with new customers, even when they move on to other dealerships or other careers.
