Hello Charlie Hayes, As we have discussed, The steering wheel scratch is in an area commonly touched to steer the car. Where your hand would rest when cruising along. While I wish that it was possible to photo document EVERY part of the car that is unfortunately not possible. We did make an extension of goodwill to get the scratch treated but it is silly to think that we should replace your entire steering wheel over a quarter inch scratch that could have happened in any of the 1813 days from when you bought the car to the time the car was picked back up. Also to work on the door speaker the door has to be open. No where near the steering wheel. I am sorry for how you feel about the situation but we did attempt to rectify it reasonably.

Earlier, I attempted to resolve this issue directly with your team, and you assured me that your service manager would follow up to address the matter. However, despite this promise, no one ever reached out, which makes it clear that resolving customer concerns is not a priority for you. I also sought mediation through the BBB, but your response was dismissive and showed no genuine interest in resolving the matter. As a former customer, I believe it’s important to share my experience to inform potential customers. They should be aware that you may attempt to impose unnecessary charges that other dealers do not, and they should insist on obtaining clear, upfront pricing for parts and services before proceeding with any business with you,They should also be aware that if you fail to deliver the job on time, you may place the blame on them. Furthermore, if a loaner car is offered, you may attempt to charge them for it, adding further frustration to an already unsatisfactory experience.
