The service was absolutely horrible. After $2300 the issue was not resolved. My vehicle still does not run and after I got home I could not even get my key out of the ignition. When trying to call the service dept the service advisor was never available. The communication via text was not clear. After agreeing to (1) repair they kept coming back with if u fix this also then it will resolve the issue. We were definitely taken down the rabbit hole of more n more being needed. Again the vehicle still does not run and we had to park t after giving up our hard earned money. No manager or service advisor available to discuss situation with and we were advised to come back in on a later day or try to call Monday. Never mind this was after taking our payment. Very disappointing. Would not recommend anyone go here to take their car for repair, let alone purchase car! More
