Both a ‘new’ (3,000 miles in) vehicle. There were couple outstanding issues - 2nd key was not delivered, tire had a staple and they promised me a new tire, leather had a scratch and they t There were couple outstanding issues - 2nd key was not delivered, tire had a staple and they promised me a new tire, leather had a scratch and they told me they will ask someone to look. Also I trade-in a Mazda (leasing) after they confirmed they would buy my car. I got a call from Mazda two weeks later to tell me I had to return the vehicle at Mazda. It took me a month to get the other issues fixed. They sent me the finance paperwork after almost a month, odometer reader declaration said 16 miles (instead of 3,000). I hope everything is coming to an end now but I’m still waiting on information to make the 1st payment. More

This review specifically addresses Kia Greenway East Orlando. The guys in charge of dropping off your vehicle for a recall need some serious retraining in many areas including attention, knowledge and Orlando. GET OFF YOUR CELL PHONE WHEN A CUSTOMER IS IN FRONT OF YOU! I have had to take my car in 3 times (2016 Kia sportage) for recalls. THEY sent me a recall on the HECU and security system. I called to see if I could get both recalls done at the same time (they are a long drive from my home). I was told “No” bc they don’t carry the recall parts in stock…ITS A RECALL!! Why in the world would they not have these NECESSARY parts in stock?? Regardless, the security upgrade was done, the HECU (which in the recall that tells you not to park near anything bc your vehicle can catch on fire even if not in use). They told me they ordered it that day…it’s been about a month and I’ve heard nothing that the part has come in or anything from them. I will call them tomorrow to see if the needed HECU they supposedly ordered has come in. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP! I had a decent experience when I bought my vehicle; but the rest of my interactions with this dealership has been aggravating and frustrating. More
