Don’t buy here and save yourself the headache! I bought a vehicle from this dealer on July 24. Day 4 of driving this vehicle, the vehicle start making loud sounds and A whistling noise when it’s i I bought a vehicle from this dealer on July 24. Day 4 of driving this vehicle, the vehicle start making loud sounds and A whistling noise when it’s in reverse. The vehicle is having some kind of electrical issues. The front screen randomly cut off while I’m listening to music. This is my second Chevy trax so I can confirm this is not normal. I took my vehicle back to have them look at it. they refuse to fix the issue and they refuse to take the vehicle back. I ended up talking to the manager, and he was completely rude and hung up on me while I was expressing the issues that I was having with the vehicle that I brought from the dealership that’s that he’s running. If you’re reading this, please go somewhere else. These people are scam artist and management will not help you at all More

The experience was relatively pleasant. We were able to get the price we asked for and the features we were looking for. However, the paperwork process took way too long. Compared to my last purchase, a 2018 Tesla Model 3, this was painful and didn't need to be this hard. Everyone was pleasant and professional; it just needs to be streamlined. Also, a few details were missed that I have had to go back to the dealership to resolve. In particular, why was the vehicle not given a full charge before I took over? You wouldn't sell a gas engine with an empty tank; why give a customer an EV with no range? More
