Scheduled to have my work vehicle get an oil change and tire rotation. Once I got to my appointment, I was told that there were no lifts available and I will only get an oil change. There was no communicat tire rotation. Once I got to my appointment, I was told that there were no lifts available and I will only get an oil change. There was no communication letting me know that this would be an issue until I got there. Rotating my tires for my work vehicle is critical to the life of my tires due to moving a lot of cargo. I was told that there would be a notation on the account and the ticket that I can come back and get a rotation, but there was no note. I paid for the maintenance plan when I got the vehicle and now when it’s time for me to get a service, I cannot get the full maintenance service that it requires. This whole experience has encompass bad Customer Service in the lack of communication. More
