The mechanical part of my visit was ok. The overall experience needs work. I never got phone updates like you get when you wait for your vehicle. I had to chase down status. It would be nice to have my dashboard reset and my washer fluid refilled. David and Erica were good to work with but the details for an inspection really great experience were missing. More

Erica and Tanner were very friendly and helpful. As always, Subaru of Wakefield provided excellent service and communication during a fairly major warranty repair. In addition to performing the repa As always, Subaru of Wakefield provided excellent service and communication during a fairly major warranty repair. In addition to performing the repair and maintenance that I requested, they went far above and beyond by also replacing a nonfunctioning TPMS sensor free of charge (normally a $500 job)! The free loaner vehicle they provided while the work was being performed was another welcome bonus. Our car is running beautifully again - we are very glad to have entrusted it to such good hands! More
