From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was comfortable. Sales people were on the floor and greeted us with warm smiles. We walked around and looked and touched!! All at our leisure. I felt no comfortable. Sales people were on the floor and greeted us with warm smiles. We walked around and looked and touched!! All at our leisure. I felt no pressure…it was awesome! We were then approached by the manager and he introduced himself and welcome us to Mercedes Benz and then introduced us to our sales person Eric. He was fabulous!! He listened and appeased me. He gave me options and was in no hurry to “close the sale.” Eric was warm and funny but most of all knowledgeable of Mercedes Benz. He gave me some very helpful hints on the car and its functionality both in performance and its technology!! I cried when my car died on me and felt like I wouldn’t love another like I loved my old car. (Boy was I wrong) I totally love my new car! We sat with Thomas in the finance department, he was spectacular. Very knowledgeable, helpful and professional! Best of all, now I feel like I am part of a new family at Mercedes Benz. I know that if there ever is an issue I can count on them to help. I will definitely be recommending Mercedes Benz of Orange County! More
