While the process of buying went ok, there were multiple issues. I used TrueCar through my bank’s link. The estimate I was given for my trade and the credit quoted were said to be in error and the amounts r issues. I used TrueCar through my bank’s link. It was still a decent deal, but I was disappointed to not be offered a real explanation or compromise. When I went to get the vehicle the day after the purchase , technology did not work and I was told I would have to take it to service to get it repaired. I left an item in my trade and called the day after to get it. I was told it was gone and there was nothing they could do. No one seems to want to go an inch past the minimum to be helpful. Eric was my dealer and he was a very nice guy to talk to. At one point when purchasing the Audi we thought there might not be a charger with it and he was literally willing to give me one out of the back of his car to make sure I can make it home because I am from another state. They were willing to negotiate with me to make sure I can get the used EV tax credit, which was extremely important for me. I would highly recommend this dealer because they have a very clean presentable lot and are willing to explore all financing options. More
