I also appreciated that he understood how hard it was for me to say, "good-bye" to my Impreza. Joe covered everything I needed to know to make an informed decision, but without pressure. My friend and I were so impressed by this experience, we have recommended Cityside for purchase to several friends. I am glad to continue my 7 1/2 year relationship with this dealership for service.
