Every aspect of my experience with Cityside Subaru was outstanding. I spoke with Brian O'Malley on the phone and he connected me with Mike DiFrancisco, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I tho outstanding. I spoke with Brian O'Malley on the phone and he connected me with Mike DiFrancisco, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with Mike. He and Nathan Williams went the extra mile to make sure I got the exact car I wanted, and Eric Burd made the financial bits downright pleasant - a first for me! When picking up the car, Mike spent extra time with me to be sure I knew how everything worked before I drove off the lot. Adam Gelfusa even made a brief appearance when my cranky phone refused to pair with the Crosstrek (silly thing), and helped me to resolve the issue quickly. I have leased many cars over the years, but I have never been more impressed with a car dealership. Not only was Mike an absolute joy to work with, not once did I feel pressured to make a deal on a car. From the first phone call until I picked up my new Crosstrek, it was clear to me that the wonderful team at Cityside Subaru was more interested in me getting what I wanted, than they were in making a quick sale. The cars, of course, sell themselves, but the people at Cityside Subaru create the loyalty, and they absolutely have mine. More

Diogo Malmonge was clear and answered all of our questions regarding pricing and helped us decide if a hybrid or traditional Crosstrec or Forester was right for us. He spent the time needed test driving and showing us how to use the new digital features. Our old Forester was a 2010. Consequently, we had a lot to learn in terms of the new digital technology being employed. My partner Nancy and I are both retired college professors and we can say that Diogo is an outstanding teacher and salesman - actually the type of salesperson we prefer to work with. Enthusiastic, caring, informative, detail oriented, and knowledgeable of your product. We have been with City Side for about 15 years and we are pleased that you have hired someone with integrity who is easy, patient and great to work with. This is my third Subaru. I always lease. I’ve been working with Planet Subaru down on the South Shore and they are wonderful but now that I live in Cambridge, it’s so much mo I always lease. I’ve been working with Planet Subaru down on the South Shore and they are wonderful but now that I live in Cambridge, it’s so much more convenient to be up here with Cityside. Mark Lidano made everything happen within 24 hours. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend Cityside to friends and family in a heartbeat. Love the new showroom too. More

First, the dealership is very clean and welcoming, with snacks and drinks available for long waits. I was also impressed that many of the employees have been here for some time and that there is a camarade snacks and drinks available for long waits. I was also impressed that many of the employees have been here for some time and that there is a camaraderie among those who work here. Everyone I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Both Jean and Nathan seemed to do everything they could to be supportive in helping us make a big decision. I was not happy at the very end when I found out that there was a there was an additional cost for routine maintenance, which was covered when we got our Honda. We chose the Subaru for some of the great safety features. At the time of putting in our order for the 2026 Crosstrek we really wanted all-wheel-drive and hybrid. I did not realize that there would be a big block on the windshield that decreases visibility. There are some great features in this car, but I did not get to test drive ahead of time because it is the first year for the AWD Hybrid and I had already made the decision to get it. So, some negative features of the car might have deterred me, but I went ahead anyway. One other thing that impressed me at Cityside was the tutorial with Demiri to go over some of the car features, which was really helpful. That being said, I think Subaru could streamline access to some features and also, include a few things I really miss from my Honda Accord. I wish designers consulted with ordinary consumers to get feedback on most essential features and those that seem kind of silly. More
