I've bought two cars from Cityside. I've found them to be professional and pleasant. They'll negotiate fairly, but they do negotiate, which means you're still buying a car from a dealer I've found them to be professional and pleasant. Nick made the entire experience easy and painless. Eric was great to work with as well. Again - painless process overall. Worked quickly and efficiently, but not incessant or annoyingly blowing up my phone. Both Nick and Eric made sure I knew exactly what steps I needed to take so everything would go smoothly and even reminded me of things I would need to update personally when getting a new vehicle. When I came to pick up my new Crosstrek, everyone at the dealership swung by to say hi to my pup and congratulate me on my purchase. It's the little things. More

I had a great experience buying my car at cityside Subaru! My salesperson Joe was knowledgeable , comfortable, and laid back despite the looming tariffs and busyness of the place. I did not feel press Subaru! My salesperson Joe was knowledgeable , comfortable, and laid back despite the looming tariffs and busyness of the place. I did not feel pressured in anyway. He went out of his way to make the whole experience the best it could be! I have already recommended others to buy a car there! I had a2week follow-up visit with Mike for further education on the car’s features which was very helpful. Again very knowledgeable , professional and comfortable! Overall it has been the best auto buying experience I have ever had! More
