Their general service might be average, but their product is subpar. I bought a 2023 Frontier brand new, but it has broken down SIX times in two and a half years. Each time it was due to a dead battery. Th is subpar. I bought a 2023 Frontier brand new, but it has broken down SIX times in two and a half years. Each time it was due to a dead battery. This is even after they replaced the battery with one of thei own. I always discourage people from buying a Nissan vehicle. Can't wait till I can get rid of it. More

The services were good and fast, but Emmanuel made me wait two times. First, I was waiting for him to do the Uber service for me to go home. He knew from the first moment that I spoke with him that I was wait two times. First, I was waiting for him to do the Uber service for me to go home. He knew from the first moment that I spoke with him that I was requesting a ride. But he was talking with his peers while I was waiting. Wasn't until 10 minutes later that I remind him I needed a ride, that he called after. He needed to cancel the ride after all because the services were fast. Then when I needed to pay, he kept talking with his peers while I was waiting to take my car. He gave me my car 30 minutes after was done. He also didn't discuss three points that were on yellow areas on the check. And one of those is the transmission. I was very disappointed. More
