Too many miscommunications, These are fleet vehicles attaches to specific people, they information and text messages being sent to the wrong people. The fleet company, who approves the work, are not being contacted to get the work done which results in the diver being without a vehicle for weeks at a time for issues that should not take that long to get fixed. The miscommunication could have been avoided from the very beginning if the proper information had been collected at the time the vehicle was brought in. More
