Norm reeves lacks in service and communication. They throw parts at a problem instead of properly diagnosing the vehicle, then they expect you to pay for their trial and error unless you speak up. They throw parts at a problem instead of properly diagnosing the vehicle, then they expect you to pay for their trial and error unless you speak up. Elizabeth takes no accountability and was evasive until her manager and GM were contacted. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Huggins would never have treated a customer this way. More
