Took my car in for a recall that ended up taking a little over two months to resolve due to the part not arriving when it should’ve. Klaben and Liz took care of me and made sure I wasn’t stranded without a c over two months to resolve due to the part not arriving when it should’ve. Klaben and Liz took care of me and made sure I wasn’t stranded without a car and went to bat for me when my battery died because my car had been sitting for so long (which was truly no one’s fault) and kept me updated every step of the way.
