I absolutely love Colonial's service department. They are all welcoming, friendly, cheerful, and my dog loves them, so you know they're good people lol. I only trust Colonial West with my truck (and They are all welcoming, friendly, cheerful, and my dog loves them, so you know they're good people lol. I only trust Colonial West with my truck (and my last truck, too). They do a great job and leave my vehicle better than they found it. I really appreciate the courtesy they show by leaving the vehicle at the front door. Their waiting room is very comfy too. Even has snack machines. 10/10 ☆ More

I may have done this already but here goes . I have been doing business with colonial west since I bought my 2015 Colorado and unfortunately went with another when I traded it in for my 18 Color I have been doing business with colonial west since I bought my 2015 Colorado and unfortunately went with another when I traded it in for my 18 Colorado and came back when that stealership pulled a bad deal with me . I returned to Colonial and have never looked back and recently bought my retirement truck from them and if and when I need service and or a new vehicle I will definitely use Colonial West Chevrolet in Fitchburg Ma . called and made an appointment because I had a check engine light on and talked to Shelly she asked me if I could drop off I told her I could wait she explained it may take a while.
