Customer waiting area is nice. However, Customer Service is very poor. When you schedule a Service for a specific item. Being told after arriving that the time is for the servic However, Customer Service is very poor. When you schedule a Service for a specific item. Being told after arriving that the time is for the service writer to log in your car and set up the mechanic to do the work. My appointment was for an item that takes less than one hour for completion. I was there 3 hours and left without taking advantage of your. "Free Carwash" because I had already been there 3 HOURS. Please rethink your procedures. MY TIME IS ALSO VALUABLE!!! More

I've bought vehicles and used James Wood's Service for over a decade. I'm very happy, but do wonder why the standard service appointments take so long. An oil change and a tire rotation shouldn't take 3 t over a decade. I'm very happy, but do wonder why the standard service appointments take so long. I appreciated all the courtesy I was afforded by Samantha as well as by the service manager, Doug, who ordered the part for me. The driver who took me home, also and the Lyft driver you hired to pick me up. as well as by the service manager, Doug, who ordered the part for me. I am going to rag a little bit about the number of times my wife and I have attempted to get this little recall service done. At least 3 times. And each time we were told you'd have to order the part and call us back. No one ever called. We'd call back and start ground zero again. The last time I called, I was bounced between service and parts and the parts people didn't even know what I was talking about! The second thing: Why is it that whenever I leave MY car with you, YOUR people have to mess with everything in the cab? I don't get why your valets that move the vehicles have to completely reset my driver's seat to move the car less than 500 feet? And why do they have to jack the AC up on high? And change my radio station and leave it blaring? My father used to own a service station and he fired anyone who tried to treat a customer's car as his own personal property. Sorry there is so much negative stuff here. The people up front that I worked with were great. I just did not appreciate the run-around and I really don't appreciate having to sit there and reset everything before I can even drive off. That......to me.....will determine if I ever buy another vehicle with you. This is my third James Wood GMC, but if you can't get these things fixed. It will be the last. More

Took 3 months to fix my car (instead of estimated 2-3 weeks promised during drop off). They kept blaming warranty company, but things they did that was the warranty's department were: they didn't even te weeks promised during drop off). They kept blaming warranty company, but things they did that was the warranty's department were: they didn't even test drive the car before having me pick up. Only 2 mins into driving it home I could tell the transmission hadn't been fixed and had to drive right back to get it fixed again. They also should have only charged me $100 with warranty but was charged $600 instead. They never offered me a rental car until I complained that I needed one after waiting so long. Manager only called me back once during that whole timeframe after me reaching out to him for help. Worst car repair experience I have ever had to deal with. I would never go back here or recommend that you take your car. Drive further for a better dealership! More
