I had second negative experience with Me. Crawford last Saturday. 1.last time when I was in for oil change on 25 Pilot. He would not honer “Honda Pass” program. I paid out of packet. Later l Crawford last Saturday. 1.last time when I was in for oil change on 25 Pilot. He would not honer “Honda Pass” program. I paid out of packet. Later learned up 12k miles are covered by Honda. 2. Saturday was another issue. When I asked about the bill. He brushed me off. This Dealership has always been there for us , you can buy a car anywhere but you won’t get the customer service that they provide. The sales people are great especially Michelle who always remembers our buy a car anywhere but you won’t get the customer service that they provide.
