So far for me, Cathy Smith is the best thing at Dover Honda. Excellent. Professional, responsive and easy to communicate with via email. A+. My salesman was fine. This dealership is like family from the beginning, without being "vultures" if you know what I mean. They really want you to get you into car if it is reliable and within your budget. They are honest about. This was my experience as I told them what my absolute was, and mind you I did check a car out and it ended being not right for myself and my family but that same day they found me something that was perfect for my family.
