Michele was great to work with- no pressure and no xx. And Heather was the friendliest and most helpful finance person we've ever met at a dealership. We didn't deal directly with the service department, but they replaced the brakes all-around before we picked up our vehicle because I noticed a problem during our test drive. Five stars all around. Pushy salespeople and finance people (pushing extra services that make dealerships more money) are why I hate purchasing from dealerships, but there was none of that in our experience with Michele and Heather. And we still ended up purchasing an extended warranty and a maintenance plan for our 4-year-old Mazda. More
