Villages Subaru sales team (Bob and Deandre and Katie in Finance) were friendly and polite. Every step in the trade in and lease process was explained and seamless to move from negotiating to financing to w Finance) were friendly and polite. I’m a 75 yr old single woman who was hesitant to start the car buying process. Villages Subaru put me at ease at every step. I enjoyed watching all the staff mingle. From the sales, Mr Cronin, to Finance, Ms Cockrell, my experience at The Villages Subaru was excellent. All my questions were answered In a way that I was able to understand the intricacies of the car as experience at The Villages Subaru was excellent. Mr. Montalvo took time to explain the details of driving the car and how to do it in an excellent manner. Deandre was good and didn't pressure me throughout the experience. I even encountered him guarding the car I'd reserved for a test drive when I arrived early, started looking at it without prompting, and experience. He worked with me on price, netted me a good price on my trade-in and was patient with my questions. Overall about as good as you can get with the general stress of a dealership experience. More

Sales person was polite, knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. When it came to numbers I told him what I could pay, he took it to finance and they responded quickly. Then when we had questions, what we wanted. When it came to numbers I told him what I could pay, he took it to finance and they responded quickly. Then when we had questions, by phone, after the lease agreement-no response, numerous calls-no response. I finally asked for general manager and promptly got apology and response. Love the car just hope sales person learned from this experience. More
