They ran the diagnostic and performed the software update at no cost to us. Which was great but they did take 1 hour longer than originally planned. No biggie though. I have never had the experience I had this last visit. I had a 11:45 appointment. At 2:20 I went over to see what the problem was. She said it would be 30 more minutes. And she was having trouble locating I had a 11:45 appointment. At 2:20 I went over to see what the problem was. She said it would be 30 more minutes. And she was having trouble locating the person doing the service on my car. I had made a 3 o’clock appointment for that day thinking I would have plenty of time since I had an 11:45 appointment. I told her I had to have my car at 2:40 serviced or not. I also observed another man who had an appointment at 12:15 and his car was not Completed as well and he had to leave without having the service done if you don’t have the staff to take care of the appointments, then spread out the appointments and don’t take as many. It should never take three hours to do an oil change. She did give me a discount for the weight and I did appreciate that More
