I took in a 2009 Accord for a new key and fob after having lost the original. I towed the car in after hours and called the next morning to explain, and the gentleman I spoke to was extremely reasonabl having lost the original. I towed the car in after hours and called the next morning to explain, and the gentleman I spoke to was extremely reasonable about it. I had no expectation of the key being acquired/made quickly as it's an ancient fob design, however it was done by that afternoon. Pick up was extremely efficient and the key was reasonably priced. Contrary to most dealership experiences, there was no attempt to get me to commit to other (admittedly necessary) work on my car. To me that's extremely respectful and this was legitimately the most pleasant experience I've ever had at any dealership. Thank you for your time and your work More

No one called when the car was being looked at even though we had added an extra note on the envelope when we dropped it off the night before. We also had an appointment for 8am and when my husband cal though we had added an extra note on the envelope when we dropped it off the night before. We also had an appointment for 8am and when my husband called at 11am, they hadn't even looked at the van yet. Then, no one called when the vehicle was done, we got a text, but no call. When my husband picked it up, he got paperwork, but nothing was described or gone over. There were over $2000, worth of repairs recommended and nothing was discussed with us. Also, one of the things recommended we had completed not even 2 years ago at the same dealership. All the things recommended are also "red". We are not happy with the service and or lack there of. If those things are "red"/ urgently needing repaired... why did we not get a phone call with recommended services to potentially be completed while out vehicle was there in your hands? More

Curt has been incredibly helpful! The very first day I was able to drive my car, I came back to Basney with a scare and not knowing what to do! Curt got my van in right at the time of my appt, programmed my new key, and got me out the door in less then 20 minutes. Basney has always been a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them over o programmed my new key, and got me out the door in less then 20 minutes. Basney has always been a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them over other Honda dealerships in the area. More

Service people were friendly and prompt in getting my vehicle taken care of.i chose to wait rather then be taken home and it was a shorter wait time.
