Disappointed in their performance - how long it took to do a brake job. Should have been 1 to 2 days - it took 4 days. Service contact’s first response at day #2 was the technician ordered the wrong part do a brake job. Should have been 1 to 2 days - it took 4 days. Service contact’s first response at day #2 was the technician ordered the wrong part(s). Service contact’s second response at day #3 was the person working on my car left early and he didn’t know why. I called the service department manager after day 3. He didn’t not answer the phone. I left a detailed message about the history of my experience. He never returned my call. On day #4 I asked for my service contact and was told he was not there. I bought my car from Basney Honda and have previously had several services done on my car and they always did what they said they were going to do and finished when they said they would. I don’t know what has changed at Basney Honda’s service department, but it is unlikely I will return. Unfortunate for Basney, since I own two Honda’s. More

Call back after leaving messages with service department needs much improvement. Over the past month, I’ve left two messages for what appears to be a default person to call me back as soon as possible. No c needs much improvement. Over the past month, I’ve left two messages for what appears to be a default person to call me back as soon as possible. No calls ever received back. Also, I need to come back in after my last expensive service performed as the Plastic cowling was not properly put back and is loose to the right and left. Will be making an appointment soon to get that fixed. I am satisfied with the work that was done. Just not happy with having to come back and dealing with voicemails that they never responded to. More
