I made a phone all on 8/22 and spoke with Connor Brandtman regarding the CRX Hybrid, after speaking with him I made us an appointment for 8/23 and we then had the pleasure of Connor advising us on t Brandtman regarding the CRX Hybrid, after speaking with him I made us an appointment for 8/23 and we then had the pleasure of Connor advising us on the CRV.. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and great customer service. We then were introduced to Montana Boone and enjoyed the Management style she's extremely professional and there was no hard sale, it was all about our needs for the trade in and and a new CRV.. It was an amazing pleasurable purchase of a new SUV.. We now own a 2026 CRX Hybrid and Love it... !! More

I’m happy with my new vehicle, but I cannot recommend Germain Honda based on my overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was disappointing. As a seven-months-pregnant woman, Germain Honda based on my overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was disappointing. As a seven-months-pregnant woman, I asked the receptionist where the restroom was—she didn’t smile, respond, or even acknowledge me, but looked directly at me. Thankfully, a kind gentleman nearby offered assistance, or I would’ve been left completely disregarded. The sales process was even more frustrating. My husband and I have owned businesses for over 15 years, and we intended to purchase the vehicle in our business name via wire transfer. The staff appeared unfamiliar with how to process such a transaction, and after five hours at the dealership, they still couldn’t figure it out. Despite providing all required documentation—proof of funds, business license, corporate minutes, etc.—we were treated with skepticism. Even after their bank confirmed the wire was visible, they refused to release the vehicle until the funds officially cleared, causing a three-day delay. To make matters worse, communication was extremely poor. We were told to expect updates each morning, yet didn’t receive callbacks until the afternoon—if at all. When the vehicle was finally delivered, only one key was provided, even though we had been told there would be two. No apology, no follow-up, and no offer to make it right. For business owners, I would caution against purchasing from Germain Honda via wire transfer. If you choose to proceed, bring a cashier’s check—otherwise, be prepared for delays and a lack of professionalism. The entire experience left us feeling dismissed and, frankly, discriminated against. Germain Honda has a lot of room for improvement when it comes to customer service, communication, and respect. More
