I can’t express how great York is! Especially our salesman, Chris. Chris was very attentive in helping us. We researched York's inventory before coming as we had a terrible experience Especially our salesman, Chris. Chris was very attentive in helping us. We researched York's inventory before coming as we had a terrible experience at a dealership not far away. When we arrived we knew what vehicle we wanted to look at. Although it wasn’t at the Plainfield York but at a sister dealership, he drove with us 45 minutes just to go pick it up. He took his time helping us even after purchasing and leaving the lot. I would 100% recommend this dealership and Chris. Go see York and Superman for your next vehicle purchase! More

Stopped by on a whim to find a new car to replace the one my husband wreaked. It was crappy weather and I honestly didn’t think I would find anything. Chris came out in the rain and he asked me what I was lo my husband wreaked. It was crappy weather and I honestly didn’t think I would find anything. Chris came out in the rain and he asked me what I was looking for and I told him. we went inside. I explained what my price range was. He immediately said I think I have exactly what you want. He went and brought around a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. I looked it over told him that my husband would need to come look at it. We made arrangement for him to look it over. Husband wasn’t able to but I decided to just go for it. We already had the loan approved so once I told Chris I wanted it we messaged back and forth and got everything taken care of. Without having to wait in the dealership. Once I had the check I messaged Chris he made sure once we got there that all we had to do was spend 10 mins signing paperwork and walked out with the keys to our new car. By far best experience buying a car ever. He got me and amazing deal ! More

Solid experience for my first time getting a car, had a tiny headache with nearly every option I looked at being moved to another store or just shortly being sold before I asked, but it's a dealership and tiny headache with nearly every option I looked at being moved to another store or just shortly being sold before I asked, but it's a dealership and I understand that can't be avoided. Doc was wonderful and patient in finding me something that I liked and was confident in. My test drive was from one location to another and it was a long one but we had a blast pretty much laughing the whole way out there to pick up the car. I'd definitely recommend someone to come here for their own vehicle! More
