I can’t express how great York is! Especially our salesman, Chris. Chris was very attentive in helping us. We researched York's inventory before coming as we had a terrible experience Especially our salesman, Chris. Chris was very attentive in helping us. We researched York's inventory before coming as we had a terrible experience at a dealership not far away. When we arrived we knew what vehicle we wanted to look at. Although it wasn’t at the Plainfield York but at a sister dealership, he drove with us 45 minutes just to go pick it up. He took his time helping us even after purchasing and leaving the lot. Disappointed that I got home back in Kentucky and the navigation will not work here and was told it needed updated. I would’ve thought a dealer would have fixed that before they sold the vehicle to you b navigation will not work here and was told it needed updated. I would’ve thought a dealer would have fixed that before they sold the vehicle to you because they bragged about the vehicle having navigation. Now I have to pay a local dealer this Friday to update the maps. Spend 25,000. For a vehicle and the navigation doesn’t work is disappointing More
