This is the most honest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I had a lemon that I got from another dealership and York walked me through all of the steps I had to take in order to turn the vehicle back in. My brand new truck with just over a 1,000 miles is completely broke down with bad transmission. I use my truck to make a living and haven’t been able to work with no truck. They haven’t provided me wi completely broke down with bad transmission. I use my truck to make a living and haven’t been able to work with no truck. They haven’t provided me with a vehicle to drive which is ridiculous. I have no new truck that I’m paying for nor a timeline to when I’ll get it back. And who wants a brand new truck that had to go through major mechanical work with new transmission and lines plus torque converter. Sounds like future trouble for the life of this truck! Lucky me! Employee crashed my vehicle and dealership refused to compensate for loss of value. Dealership had newly purchased vehicle for 2 months.
