I browsed vehicles online and communicated vack and forth with Cheryl. Obi was awesome and had the biggest hand at helping me bring home my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. He answered the phone when I called about purchasing a new vehicle and he greeted me outside when I arrived. He was very patient and attentive throughout my entire visit. Nick was great with my trade-in experience and he offered me a fair price. He worked with me to get me the lowest payment. Nady was great at getting my financing set. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely helpful and kind. No one was pushy or made me feel uncomfortable. I would have to say that in the future I will always go to Thomas Dodge. More

Drove 2 1/2 hours!!! I searched the Internet until I found the dealership that had the exact car I wanted. It took me to Thomas Dodge's website where I got an invite to d I searched the Internet until I found the dealership that had the exact car I wanted. It took me to Thomas Dodge's website where I got an invite to do an Instant Chat - they put me in contact with Cheryl Gallo. As I was so far away, we did a lot of our negotiations on-line. Unlike other dealerships that can't seem to answer all your questions, Cheryl did a very thorough job of answering each and every one. She also sent me pictures to make sure it was the vehicle I was looking for. The day we made the trip to Indiana to finalize the deal, Cheryl was not in and Joe Heisler stepped in to help us out. As they are not paid based on commission, it was a smooth transition - there was no cut-throat competitiveness between sales people. So refreshing!!!!! I do have to say, their sales approach of Zero Negotiations is very different than what we are used to; it was a relief to not have to haggle to get the best price! It made the experience much more relaxing. It was well worth the drive!! More
