My husband called Cheryl and set up a day to come to look at the Terrain. When we got there, it was dirty both on the inside and outside. There was trash on the floor of the back seat. Both Cheryl and Nick stated they had just gotten the Terrain in on trade, However, my husband and I found the vehicle on carguru.com almost a week prior to going to see it. Cheryl is very unorganized. When we were initially filling out paperwork, she did not take us back to her office. She then had to keep going back for papers she forgot. It seemed like she really did not know what she was doing. My husband and I have purchased multiple vehicles prior to this most recent vehicle. The entire process has never taken this long at a dealership. It took over two hours from start to finish. We witnessed at least five other people walk in, buy a vehicle, and leave with their new vehicle in the time we were there. Part of that time was the dealership detailing the Terrain. However, the detail job was very poor at best. I detailed the Terrain myself once I got it home. This is not something I should have had to do to a new car. We actually left and went to lunch while they finished everything up. We met with the financing guy, I can't remember his name, when we came back. That part took no time at all. He was very nice, and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He also was very knowledgeable. Everyone there is extremely nice and polite. The only reason I would not go back is because of the total lack of organization. I am also very upset that my new car did not come with an owner's manual. I have a warranty to keep up with, but no owner's manual. It's very frustrating. There was also only one key. While I know that's not necessarily the dealership's fault, it just adds to my frustration. I think the dealership should have ordered an owner's manual for me. I don't think I should have to buy that myself. It would have also been nice if they would have offered to order a key. The price we paid for the Terrain was good though. I feel we should have been given a full tank of gas or something to compensate for the length of time the entire process took. More

I appreciate the no-haggle and bottom line car sales philosophy and the willingness of everyone to listen to customer requests. This was, by far, the best experience I've had purchasing a new car at a dealership. Cheryl was very helpful and provided me with a vehicle exactly as promised. I recently bought a SUV from Thomas Dodge, and it was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I've bought many cars, and often the negotiation process is very tense. Not at Thomas. Also, I had a problem with my trade because of a title issue, and Thomas went along with me in resolving the problem. Really great customer service here. Also, even though I had my financing pre-approved, Thomas got me an even better interest rate than I already had. I mean waaay better. Purchasing a new vehicle is stressful, but at Thomas, they do everything to make your car buying experience as pleasant as possible. I purchased a gorgeous Grand Cherokee - True Blue. A very nice young man, George Hylek was my sales person. I'm adding his name to my review, because he's not listed with the other Thomas employees. George was very personable and attentive. You just could not ask for a better sales experience. I'm telling all my family and friends to give Thomas a look for their next car purchase. More

I will NEVER go to Thomas Dodge to purchase a vehicle. I am very disappointed with the service I received and am thrilled that I chose to walk away from them and go to a dealership with outstanding service.
