We decided to visit Thomas Dodge in Highland after doing internet research on available used and new vehicles. At the time, we were unsure of whether it would be a used or new purchase. And, we didn't know if we would have a similar experience to what we had in 2000 or not when we purchased a used van. The answer to these questions are: YES, we bought a NEW van because we liked the price and felt that the new, one low price promotion was EXTREMELY BETTER than the first experience we had with Thomad Dodge. NO, we did not experience the same as we had in 2000 - with the bell ringing, the announcement over the PA system when a new purchase had been made, and the back-and-forthing between the salesperson, the sales manager, and the finance manager.....and we LOVED the newer process SO MUCH MORE! Also too, we went to the dealership with a pre-approved check-in-hand at a 4.39% interest rate auto loan option. The Finance department asked if we would consider financing with them if a lower interest rate could be had. We said, "sure!" and about 15 minutes later, we were approved for a lower interest rate of 3.99% and were thrilled, because the last time we financed through Thomas it was at a rate of 21%!!! Needless to say, our experience this time in December of 2012 was UNLIKE the experience in 2000 and we are THANKFUL for that. It was a pleasure and we were happy with our treatment and the follow up phone calls. More

By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was friendly, and Tony went above and beyond when the popcorn machine was down by buying my 6 yr old some animal crackers.
