2ND CAR IN 3 YEARS! In 2014, I bought my first brand new car from Obi at Thomas Dodge. I purchased a 2014 Dodge Avenger. With this being my first big purchase, I did no In 2014, I bought my first brand new car from Obi at Thomas Dodge. I purchased a 2014 Dodge Avenger. With this being my first big purchase, I did not at all feel pressured to buy a car and was able to look at and test drive THE vehicles I was interested in. Three years later and I started looking at SUVs. I fell in love with a Jeep I saw on the Thomas Dodge site! I inquired about the vehicle through their site and was contacted by Cheryl. I went in on a Tuesday to look at and test drive the Keep, but requested Obi. I was told since Cheryl contacted me, she'd be taking care of me. However, Cheryl and Obi DID work together on the sale of the Jeep! I took the Jeep for a test drive on a Tuesday and drove home THE Jeep I fell in love with on their site the next day!! Cheryl and Obi were both helpful with questions I had about the technology upgrade the Jeep has compared to the Avenger. Obi remembered who I was from 3 years ago and is very personable, even asking how my daughter was and making conversation with her when she came with to purchase the Jeep. Tim in Finance was also great to work with! He actually did my paperwork for both vehicles I purchased from Thomas Dodge. He gets you in and out as quickly as he can with still being thorough in explaining the paperwork! More

Misleading and untrustworthy I live in the area and have been looking into purchasing a Ford Raptor, I drove past the dealership on my way to work and saw one for sale on the fron I live in the area and have been looking into purchasing a Ford Raptor, I drove past the dealership on my way to work and saw one for sale on the front row so I went online and requested some info on the truck. I was contacted promptly by Cheryl and set up a time to stop in for a test drive, Cheryl was very kind and helpful telling me about the truck and presented me with a car fax on the history of the vehicle. Steve the sales manager came out and pulled the truck around for me to test drive while he took my truck to inspect for a trade in value. As I was walking to the Raptor Steve came up to me and said "that truck is extremely clean" and that's where things went south, I started walking around the truck and inspecting the condition of the body I immediately noticed the tailgate had been painted and the repair was far from good. You could see where it had been sanded and painted and there was paint drips that had dried in the body line of the truck, I also could clearly see paint overspray on the wires just below the tailgate indicating the tailgate had not been removed but painted on the truck. Then a saw a deep gouge about 3" long by 1" wide on the passenger door that had just been painted over but you could clearly see the scrap went down to medal. Not exactly what I would call extremely clean! Now I felt like Steve was trying to hype me up and miss lead me. I had a close friend that is a ASC certified master mechanic meet me at the dealership and took a ride in the truck after we returned to the dealership he immediately noticed and pretty good coolant leak coming from the radiator he couldn't accurately determine the source of the leak so this concerned me as well.another note is the truck had very little usable tread left on the tires. I went inside and talked numbers with Steve, the asking price was $29,000 and he would not budge a dime off the asking price dispite the problems with the truck nor would he have the coolent leak looked at by the service department more closely to determine the problem. I feel this place is untrustworthy because he hyped up the condition of the vehicle and was only willing to sell the truck at top dollar to me when it clearly had a serious coolant leak that might have been expensive to repair. If a person came that was less knowledgeable about cars they would have overpaid and potentially screwed as the truck was selling with no warranty. A 2010 Ford Raptor with 63,000+ miles for $29,000 would need to be in pristine condition to demand that price!...shady business practices for a such a prominent dealership is unacceptable in my opinion, I would expect that from a small used car lot but a big dealership should know better. The only reason I gave two stars is because Cheryl was professional, kind and helpful. More

Easy going experience I bought a used 2015 Jeep Renegade Latitude from Cheryl. I was looking for a specific Renegade with features that I wanted and drove the 2 hours from I bought a used 2015 Jeep Renegade Latitude from Cheryl. I was looking for a specific Renegade with features that I wanted and drove the 2 hours from Milwaukee to purchase this vehicle. Cheryl was a pleasure to deal with and was attentive to all of my questions and concerns. She made my experience a comfortable and enjoyable one! I It was not the typical wheel and deal salesman game. Everything was very easy and extremely friendly. I worked with Nady for the financing and he found me a great lender and low interest rate, although during all of the paperwork he seemed in a hurry and a bit short with me. Maybe just a bad day for him but all in all my experience at Thomas CDJ was an enjoyable one. More

Pacifica Test Drive The sales person that I came to see,Cheryl Gallo wasn't in that day. I was greeted by Faye Giles. She was very pleasant to deal with. I mentioned that I was there to take the Pacifica for a teat drive. She immediately got a demo vehicle. We went for a test drive, she was very informative about the vehicle. She suggested taking the vehicle for a test drive onto the expressway and onto some rough roads to get the feel of the vehicle. I was impressed by the vehicles ride and handling. When we decide to purchase one, I will return to Thomas to see what kind of a deal I can get. More

Fair and honest I had owned my previous Dodge Nitro which I had purchased from Thomas new for seven years. Was there for service which is always good. Always in the habit of looking around at what's new because I'm a car person. Nick Pash would always engage me in conversation with no pressure. Contacted Cheryl Gallo through internet shopping. Joe Heisler was working when I walked in, let me drive Jeep Grand Cherokee again no pressure. I had never owned a Jeep always owned Dodges and Chryslers. I was pretty set at what I needed for trade in, and what I was willing to spend both total and monthly payment. Joe, Cheryl, and Nick all followed up helping me get where I was comfortable. They met the price I had received using true car which I had with me at the dealership. I didn't try to further chisel them, and they didn't tell me they couldn't meet the deal or try any of the tricks like the old "I'll have to check with my manager". They were fair in assessing my trade in and its value. Nady was professional and did a good job of finding me a good interest rate (I do have good credit but he did beat the rate initially quoted to me). They were also very understanding when I had to cancel three appointments due to work issues before I could get there to complete the transaction. Buying a vehicle can be unpleasant, Joe, Nick, Cheryl, and Nady made the experience very easy and were no pressure, no B.S. The Jeep Grand Cherokee is a nice solid well equipped SUV, Chrysler Jeep has done a great job of upgrading the interior materials since 2008. Black Forest Green is probably the most intriguing paint color I have ever observed on a vehicle. More

Terrible customer service....Not an honest dealership Doesnt return phone calls....general manager is rude....make sure you have then explain everything from trade to purchase....if you bring a trade...ma Doesnt return phone calls....general manager is rude....make sure you have then explain everything from trade to purchase....if you bring a trade...make sure they tell you the amount because I was told they paid off my trade only to notice they put cash on my deal without my knowledge....Very sneaky especially if you're an average person...they will not treat you fairly! " down right wrong" unhappy with extended warranty service! I bought my new Jeep patriot 8/4/2012 Thomas Dodge.Chrysler.Jeep.Ram Highland Indiana I have been happy with it when I purchased it I didn't have to d I bought my new Jeep patriot 8/4/2012 Thomas Dodge.Chrysler.Jeep.Ram Highland Indiana I have been happy with it when I purchased it I didn't have to do hardly anything I would get paper work all filled out in my hands like buying a house kind of and I would read and sign they would explain everything as I signed no problem I felt at home. I have never had any mechanical problems they do my oil changes there where I purchased my Jeep at Thomas Dodge. My manufacturer warranty ran out three years is up already I don't drive around that much car only has 27,370 miles I went to Thomas Dodge on 8/20/2015 and talked with Nady Boutros "finance manager" he sold me a extended warranty policy 5yrs 85.000 miles for 2000$ called a Wrap again everyone was happy all I did was sign my name and pay the money a few days later on 8/25/2015 I start reading all the fine print and I find out third party warranty policy Nady sold me with "protective Asset Protection company" has many negative reviews from other customers so I figure sometimes I will need to drive deep in Texas to see my dad and I don't want to take any chances with a warranty that maybe? will not pay when I most need help with a break down at this point my mind is made up I go to Thomas Dodge of Highland Indiana to cancel this warranty and look for a higher rated warranty it happened to be Nady Boutros day off 8/26/2015 I had to fill out a CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM RECEPTIONIST WAS NOT POLITE THIS TIME AND DIDN'T FILL THE PAPER WORK FOR ME LIKE OTHER TIMES I DIDN'T FEEL AT HOME AT THIS POINT AND FELT DOWN RIGHT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE NO ONE LOOKED CHEERFUL made me drive back home to get information about lien holder? for a (extended warranty I paid 2000$) ""6 days ago and put less then 100 miles on my jeep in this time since I paid 2000$ and no one asked for lien holder info when I paid 2000$ dollars 6 days ago"". ALLOW 45-60 DAYS PROCESSING REFUND??? they should have the paper work there still in Highland IN Thomas Dodge they didn't want to cancel immediate for what I the customer suspect not good warranty and are giving hard time to customer for not giving immediate refund monies back immediately not being polite and friendly AT ALL any more like other times being down right harsh this time I was very surprised at how I was made to feel. I don't expect to get my oil changes there anymore!!! More
